We offer Contract Manufacturing in diverse fields of application. The final product of the processing step can take many forms, depending on the customer requirements.
Polymers
As a contractor, we produce plastic powders for master batches and compounds. Along with grinding, we also offer the granulating of customer raw materials such as that of plastic additives. Our specialties also include the adaptation of powders for rotational moldings. We process the corresponding raw materials for rapid prototyping and 3D printing.
Detergent Raw Materials
Detergent raw material manufacturers use our toll production services to produce granulates. These detergent raw material granulates are manufactured as a contract job depending on the desired release-time profile.
Chemicals
We provide contracted services for chemical products and raw materials for the chemicals industry. A small excerpt of this:

Building Chemistry
Building Chemistry products are manufactured in our systems as contract jobs. Various process technologies are used for this. We granulate, grind, and mix thickeners and fruit acids, for example, for final products of building chemistry. Costumer raw materials for accelerators, setting retarders and solid hydrophobiing agents are also manufactured in toll production.
Adhesives
We grind hotmelt powder for the adhesive industry and its customers. In addition to this, we process raw materials for individual formulas and manufacturing procresses. We also granulate cellulose-based adhesive systems.
