How to Improve Extrusion
Problem description:
Premix that is too moist, sticky or inhomogeneous leads to fluctuations in the extrusion process. The extrudates get irregular texture and porous surfaces. In storage sticks and pellets tend to abrasion and breakage.
How to Solve It
Improve premix consistency and ensure homogeneous mixing of all components. Reduce excessive moisture and stickiness untill you get a well processable compound.
