VITACEL® Psyllium is a light beige, partly soluble dietary fiber manufactured under strict quality controls from psyllium seed husks (Plantago ovata). The psyllium seed husks contain a natural mucilage, which has a high affinity to water and thus shows excellent water holding properties.
